Yes.I agree. Definitely better than cereals.With more fiber & Protein.
Once you prepare dosai you are adding oil and will have very high glycemic index according to Dr Mohan
For these type of dosai we need less oil only.Try to understand what is Glycemic Index.When a dish is having more fiber Glucose in blood will increase slow & steady.This is definitely better than normal rice based dosa varieties.
