    Hello ji, trued but bcos of nethi I think…becomes bit frothy…n found it difficukt to make dosa.
    Somehow feel proso n barnyard are great for dosa n pulav. Thanks

    My neighbour said…why struggke with sprouts..make angoori atta with wheat sprouts n make thalipeet n hv..why struggle saying atta not suiting now for roti.

      For these type of dosai we need less oil only.Try to understand what is Glycemic Index.When a dish is having more fiber Glucose in blood will increase slow & steady.This is definitely better than normal rice based dosa varieties.
