Yesterday i made dosa, it came out vry well

Soak for 6 hours.Grind to smooth paste.Little fiber can be felt while testing using fingers.No problem.That is why it is important for us.
If you soak for more than 6 hours.your batter can be ground smoothly.Horse gram has lots of fibre.That can be felt if you touch after grinding.That is good for health.
