Plantain stem Chutney : Vazhai Thandu sliced and steamed , sesame seeds , flax seeds ,green chillies ,coconut,salt,lemon
Red Chutney ( Hotel style ) / Tomato Chutney : 1 large onion diced and fried, 1 large tomato diced and fried , red chillies, coconut, salt, oil,Roasted gram, mustard seeds, Asafoetida
Thank you for sharing this recipe Mam. It was tasty. However I did keep it outside for fermenting fr about 8hrs which made soft dosa. Making instantly yielded Adai texture as the title says.
