Green gram Dhal (Payatham Paruppu) – 1 Cup
Raw rice – 1 1/2 Tbl spn
Salt, Oil.
Vengaya Kara Chutney:
Diced onions- 250 gms
Red chillies – 8 to 10
Salt, Sugar, Tamarind, Oil, Mustard seeds, Asafoetida – as required.
