Ellu Podi sadam : cooked rice, salt, Red chillies 4, sesame seeds 3 Tbl. Sps, Black gram – 1 tsp, Sessme oil , cashews, Ghee, Mustard seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves.
4 Paruppu vadai/ Mysore vadai/ Pakoda: Thuar Dhal, green gram dhal,Bengal gram dhal,Black gram dhal – equal quantity, ginger, green chillies, Curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt , oil, finely cut cashews, almonds,melon seeds,pumpkin seeds .
Semia Bagala Bhath: Roasted short vermicelli -1/2 cup, milk -1 1/2 cup, curds – 50 ml. Fresh cream , salt, Mustard seeds,Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, kismis, Preserved vatral chillies -2, Oil.
