Very useful video of preparing simple & tasty yellow pumpkin sambar.👌👍👏😋🙏. Ma’am, why we not need to add the cooked toor dal after mashing it to the Sambar?
Vegetables absorbs spices & Tamarind into it.Once dhal is added we cook for less time only.Absorption of spices will be less. You can try both ways and see the difference.
Can we keep thalimpu outside or fridge mam
You can keep outside.Nothing will happen.I keep it for a week.

Mam. Rice and dal serthu cooker la epadi vaikalam. Water quantity details too
We use cooker separators to keep rice & dhal separately.I will show that also once.Generally for older rice we keep 1:3 water. New rice 2 1/2 is enough. For some rice varieties 1:2 itself is enough. We should cook once to know exactly.
