    Aunty, I have few doubts on yeast. I m using active dried yeast.. my yeast s activated as per instruction and my dough has been doubled also. After cooking I felt the yeast smell though I cooked properly. I have did pizza in oven and naan few times.. where I did wrong?

    Madam, i have instant yeast. For that also same measurement as dried yeast??
    And how long can we store instant yeast? It is brought from america. So dnt know the procedure. Pls clear the doubt. Thnk you

      Shelf life of Instant yeast is very less. Try once and check if it ferments and then use. You can use little less. Yeast smell is more in Instant yeast
