Mam my adirasam everytime it is splitting in the oil,plz tell becs of why it is spiltting failed enormous time,hoping my jaggery consistency was ok only ,grinding in mixie only😢😢
Mixie grinding we don’t prefer.You have to send the wet rice to a mill or hand pound for best results.Buy dark pagu jaggery.Follow the steps carefully for the right consistency.You will get good Adirasam.
Kindly sift the flour in fine mesh sieve.
